Since 1991 I have been building my business with the knowledge, experience and skills needed to negotiate the best possible transaction for you. Past experience includes first time buyers, retired persons, sellers, investors, residential, single and multi-family property, embassies, commercial buildings, nonprofit groups, assisted housing, student housing, luxury homes and condominiums. Over the past couple of years, I have also maintained and managed vacation rentals.
I currently live in Fort Lauderdale. I was born and raised in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Before Real Estate, I served in the United States Navy and later worked for the Department of Defense. In 1991, I began my Real Estate career in Washington, DC. Prior to my relocation to South Florida, I owned and operated Keith Blackburn Real Estate, Inc. In addition, I am an investor with a portfolio of investment properties. I served as President on two condominiums Boards.
I am a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, the Florida Association of Realtor’s and the National Association of Realtor’s. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. In 1999, I became a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Less than 10% of my colleagues have obtained this designation. Currently, I am the Broker/Owner of Rainbow Realty, Inc.
I was featured as a Real Estate expert in Washington, DC on News Channel 8, Fox 5, and NBC 4 as well as several news and business radio programs. In 1998, I had my own Real Estate talk show on WZHF. I have also been called upon to testify before the District of Columbia City Council for hearings related to Real Estate and regulatory policy.
Association awards include Residential Achievement and Multi-Million-Dollar Club. I was named the “Top Transfer Agent” for Long & Foster’s Maryland and Washington, DC division. I have received many office and company awards including, “Top-Producer” and “President’s Club.”

This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
